The objective of the project has been to achieve a fully automatic solution that allows the processing of 20,000 pieces per day.


Achieving this has been a big challenge as the robotic cell manages to process and identify:

– 1 piece every 2.75 seconds

– 10 types of gears of different geometry

– 6 sub-models per gear type


We tailor both robot end-effectors and tooling to ensure correct entry and exit grip. As experts in artificial vision, we detect the gear pattern and automatically identify the model in real time during the process.


We implement the optimal solution for the project, combining various engineering disciplines: Electrical, IT, mechanical and programming.


We make test in our facilities to ensure the quality and thus reduce start-up times at the customer’s premises. In this case, only one week for assembly and one week for start-up.
